During the Christmas season, Tesero is imbued with a traditional atmosphere that dates back to the 18th century. The historic centre offers a journey to rediscover charming places and unique architectural features remarkable for their distinctive qualities and preservation. The houses built close to one another, the arches and vaults, the narrow alleyways, the hidden passages and courtyards, the stables and cellars appear to be part of one large nativity scene. From this comes the magic of the exhibition, the result of the imagination and creativity of those who, since 1965, have passionately dedicated themselves to the ancient art of the nativity scene. In addition to the Large Nativity Scene in the square and the route through the historic centre to discover the nativity scene groups in the "courtyards", there's the "Nativity Scenes of Europe" exhibition in the cellars and stables of Casa Jellici. This year, collaboration with various European countries will bring diverse nativity traditions to our small Trentino village.

Opening of "Tesero and its Nativity Scenes - 2024"

• Sunday 8 December 2024 at 5.00 pm in Piazza C. Battisti and at 5.30 pm at Casa Jellici.

The "Nativity Scenes of Europe" EXHIBITION in the cellars and stables of Casa Jellici - Moréti

• On 7-8 December, 14-15 December, from Saturday 21 December 2024 to Monday 6 January 2025, from 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
• On 27 December, 30 December 2024 and 5 January 2025, also open in the evening from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
