Have you heard of Fiorinda? It's the apple blossom festival in the Val di Non, a celebration of spring's arrival, bringing joy everywhere with its colours and scents!

The best time to visit the Val di Non? I'd definitely say spring, to witness the unique spectacle of the apple trees in bloom. During this time, everything transforms, and the valley explodes with colour and fragrance, with billions of white buds on the apple trees that create a truly special landscape.

To celebrate the apple blossom, a festival was born: Fiorinda. The festival takes place in the small village of Mollaro, a hamlet of Predaia, and is suitable for all ages. Come with your family! For your children, there are bike rides through the blossoming apple orchards, workshops, and a play area just for them. And for you? We grown-ups always enjoy a good meal, and at Fiorinda, you can find typical Val di Non dishes to savour. There's also a flower market, guided tours of the Val di Non castles and the Melinda facilities... in short, there's something for everyone!
