Giro d'Italia - Start from San Michele

This year, the Giro d’Italia, scheduled from 9 May to 1 June 2025, will pass through Trentino with the arrival of the 16th stage in San Valentino di Brentonico and the start the following day of the 17th stage from San Michele all’Adige.

The first stage, number 16, is scheduled for 27 May 2025, with the uphill finish in San Valentino di Brentonico after almost 200 kilometres and 5000 metres of elevation gain, and could prove decisive for the final classification. The next day, Wednesday 28 May, the pink caravan will resume its journey from San Michele all'Adige, from where another iconic stage will begin, with the climbs of the Passo del Tonale and the Mortirolo, before the finish in Bormio.

The spectacle is therefore guaranteed.
