Description
Through postures (asanas) and breath (pranayama), yoga leads us to listen to our body, to know it and explore its limits. A mindfulness practice that benefits the body, improving flexibility and ease, and the mind, giving stillness and presence.

Costs:
€ 7 + € 10 first lesson for membership
NOTES:
- The activity lasts approximately 1 hour
- Activity suitable for people over 16 years of age
- Material needed: mat, blanket, pillow, comfortable clothing
- Reservation (recommended) before 12.00/noon on the day of the activity
- Meeting point: San Rocco Park in Castello Tesino (in case of rain municipal gym)
