Following its reconstruction in the 17th century, the medieval fortress lost its original appearance

Castel Vigolo stands on a hill between the villages of Vigolo Vattaro and Bosentino.
The castle was renovated quite recently and is decorated with elegant double arched windows from the 16th century. The square tower and some curtains are the only remains of the ancient curtain wall.
