Torre Quadra

Today, only a few remains of the “Torre Quadra” tower can still be seen in Novaledo

The two towers, built around the 13th century, were probably part of a larger defense system which was connected to the above located Tesobbo Castle and Castel Montebello. It is an example of a closed and strategic control system in the Valsugana valley. The "Torre Quadra" tower was located between the diocese of Trento and the diocese of Feltre and was protected from attacks by a wall.
