The Wild Park Spormaggiore (Parco Faunistico Spormaggiore) is located in the village of Albarè-Plan della Fontana, a bit outside of Spormaggiore. It was founded in 1994 with the aim to allow captive bears to live in their natural surrounding. Today various animals have their home in the park, every one of them in a separated zone which has been fitted to its natural environment. During a visit to the Wild Park Spormaggiore you can watch bears, foxes, lynx, eagle owls, feral cats and wolves surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the Trentino.
Also an adventure farm is part of the wild park. There pets and farm animals have their home, as goats, rabbits, chickens, ponies, peacocks and guinea pigs. At the Wild Park Spormaggiore you can spend a funny and carefree day with the whole family. The park also has a shop, a snack bar, picnic tables and a playground.
