Mountain bike tracks are found everywhere in the Trentino, on paths and forest roads, across woods and pastures. Some of them are even known as “the latest craze” among mountain bike enthusiasts and freaks.
Before embarking on a mountain bike tour and choosing the route, however, it is always important to keep in mind the own fitness level, to ask your host about the tracks and weather forecast and to bring enough water and food with you, a map and possibly a GPS - not to forget an appropriate helmet!
