Right at the green heart of the Trentino region, that is to say of the Val di Non valley, nestles the Dolomiti Golf Club, known as one of the most beautiful ones all over the Alpine region.
The Dolomiti Golf Club is located on the picturesque plateau of the Upper Val di Non, surrounded by the mighty peaks of the Dolomiti di Brenta and the Maddalene. Rich green hills, fir trees and sparkling white mountain ridges characterise the area.
Founded at the end of the eighties, the club was redesigned in 2004. In the course of this, the architects Michael Niebdala and Luca Borzaga created an 18-hole championship and a 4-hole executive course with driving range, putting green and pitching green.
In addition, each hole of the new course seems to offer a view on one of the idyllic surrounding villages: Hole 12 for instance shows the village of Cavareno, hole 13 the municipality of Sarnonico, from hole 14 you get a nice view on Fondo, hole 15 shows the snowy mountain peaks of the Brenta Dolomites and hole 16 the church spire of Seio with the idyllic hamlets of South Tyrol in the background.
A light cuisine for those playing golf and a more sophisticated one for members and guests is offered by the Club House. Other facilities include a driving range with 18 practice tees (3 of which are sheltered) and a Pro Shop featuring a rather wide selection of golf equipment. The club is open from the end of March to the end of November.
All in all a high quality golf course at the heart of a picturesque natural scenery!
