The meteorological conditions in this area are particularly favourable to this activity and make you reach heights of up to 2,500 m or hover above Lake Molveno and the homonymous village.

The landing area is located at the shores of Lake Molveno, only a stone's throw from the parking area for cars and buses. If you would like to experience paragliding in this area, we also recommend you a tandem flight with a two-seater paraglider.

Above Molveno, there are three different starting areas:

• above the village of Molveno (1,000 m a.s.l.), which can be reached from the village, both on foot and by car
• in the village of Deft (1,090 m a.s.l.): 15 minutes from the starting area above Molveno
• in the village of Montanara (1,400 m a.s.l.), reachable by the lift facilities that start from the centre of the village
