QC Terme Dolomiti

In December 2016, the new QC Terme Dolomiti thermal centre was inaugurated in the Val di Fassa valley, a true wellness oasis.

In Pozza di Fassa, in the heart of the Dolomites, the popular QC Terme Dolomiti awaits you, a thermal centre on 4,000 square metres on three floors. It consists of swimming pools and outdoor areas for the so-called “Forest Bathing”, a famous practice in Japan and the Orient and a keystone of preventive medicine. The thermal bath in the heart of the Val di Fassa valley directs its attention especially to the ambiance, to care for a perfect harmony of the senses.

The thermal water originates from the spring of Aloch also Alloch, the only sulphurous spring of the entire Trentino. Already since ancient times the spring has been well-known for its effect and the existence of mineral salts, sulphur, sulphate, calcium and magnesium. The 9.5°C cold water sources at 1,320 m a.s.l. from the Bellerophon rocks of the Monzoni mountain group.

The QC Terme Dolomiti offers a wellness course with sound pool, colour pool, waterfalls to relax the neck and back muscles, whirlpools, a Kneipp basin and a spacious sauna area: there you can find also bio saunas and a hammam. Also facial and body treatments as well as massages can be booked. In the QC Terme Dolomiti a great value is also set upon local culinary delicacies, "Wellness Lunch" or "Wellness Break" await you at lunchtime and "Aperiterme" in the evening... the best ingredients for a relaxing day!
