The cross-country ski stadium at Lake Tesero, is located in the district of Lago, near the village of Tesero. The well-known cross-country ski centre was already scene of the World Championships in 1991, 2003 and 2013 and numerous World Cup races in cross-country skiing and Nordic combined and will also be one of the venues for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The centre is located at 850 m a.s.l. and is opened due to its favourable location and its artificial snowblower from December until mid-March. A part of the perfectly-prepared tracks is also artificially-lit and makes night cross-country skiing possible. The 19 km cross-country ski tracks are constantly demanding, most of them are suited for skating as well as classical style. Furthermore they are connected to the cross-country ski tracks of the Marcialonga East (7 km) and Marcialonga West (8 km).
The cross-country ski centre offers a first aid service, cross-country ski rental, salt for waxing the skis, changing rooms with showers, a skating ground and a restaurant. The access to the centre is free.
In the Lake Tesero Cross Country Ski Centre the SuperNordicSkipass is valid.
