The Palasmeraldo ice rink is an indoor facility near Lake Smeraldo and the village of Fondo in the Val di Non. Open for about 10 months a year, including July and August, it boasts a 60x30 metres ice surface suitable for events and competitions in various ice sports such as hockey, figure skating and speed skating.
The ice stadium also offers individual and group lessons for all levels. It also features a bar and a large car park for cars, camper vans and buses. Ice skates and penguin skating aids are available for hire.
In Winter, the ice rink is not the only ice-skating facility in this area. In fact, you can also have fun skating on the nearby frozen Lake Smeraldo, which offers a unique skating experience in a magnificent setting**.
