The Alpe Cermis Skiing Area offers snow and fun for participants and trained skiers and is within easy reach from the centre of Cavalese as well as from Doss dei Laresi. This skiing area meets skiers' and snowboarders' requirements and offers above all easy and medium slopes, but also very challenging runs like the 7.5 km long Olympia slope, which features a drop of 1.400 metres. While skiing in this ski region you can admire the amazing Lagorai mountain chain. The highest peak in the skiing area is the Cima Pajon. Furthermore the 26 ski slopes are well-groomed and also snow cannons, which guarantee skiing from December to April, are available.
From Christmas to April there is also a free ski shuttle which connects the surrounding skiing resorts with the Alpe Cermis. Little visitors can enjoy a ski school and the winter park with animation Cermislandia in the village of Doss dei Laresi.
If you would like to render your skiing holidays even more varied, try ice skating or cross-country skiing in the surroundings. There is also a famous cross-country ski race called "Tour de Ski", the final climb of which is performed on an alpine ski slope of the Alpe Cermis.
