San Lorenzo Dorsino consists of the districts of San Lorenzo in Banale and Dorsino. It offers a gorgeous view on the so-called “Giudicarie Esteriori” and the Brenta-Dolomites and numerous activities in the fields of art, culture, tradition, sports, nature and gastronomy. In summer as well as in winter San Lorenzo Dorsino therefore is a popular holiday destination.

By the way: the municipality offers a culinary feature, the “Ciuìga del Banale”, a sausage made from highest quality pork and white turnips. A real delicacy! In November the “Sagra della Ciuìga” festival takes place in San Lorenzo in Banale where this sausage is in central.
