Comano: the village that gave its name to the thermal springs

The medieval village of Comano is located above the Valle del Sarca valley. Surrounded by woods it is situated on the slopes of the Monte Casale mountain at about 630 m asl. A quiet and relaxing spot with a gorgeous view on the Brenta Dolomites where nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.
The Monte Casale mountain (1,632 m asl.) separates the Valle dei Laghi valley and the plain north of Lake Garda from the Valli Giudicarie valleys. From Comano a scenic road proceeds up to an altitude of 900 m asl., where the forest road to the Don Zio Pisoni mountain hut starts. At the summit you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view on the Dolomites right up to the Lake Garda, a great photo subject.
