Lasino, which is also known as “Alpe di Trento”, is located at 463 m asl. The villagescape is characterized by medieval and Renaissance architecture. In the close vicinity of Lasino however, traces of Roman settlements can be found.
Worth a visit are the Holy Cross Chapel and the St. Peter Church with its numerous frescoes. The path which connects Madruzzo Castle and Cavedine is well-suited for enthusiasts of archaeology. And those who like walking tours can reach the Monte Bondone only after a two-hours hike. Also worth a hike is the Cima Palon mountain summit (2,090 m asl.), a gorgeous place with an unforgettable panoramic view on the surrounding alpine world.
