The municipality of San Michele all’Adige extends between 228 and 600 m asl and includes the main village of San Michele and the two districts of Grumo and Faedo.
The municipal area offers several cultural sights, like the Augustinian monastery, the Baroque church dedicated to the Archangel Michael or the METS - Museo etnografico trentino San Michele, a museum about the customs and traditions of the population of the Trentino. Also from an agricultural and gastronomical point of view St. Michele all’Adige is very charming; for instance, the small village of Faedo is surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape and well-known for the quality of its wines and spirits.
Moreover, San Michele all’Adige is an excellent starting point, to discover the Trentino and the neighbouring South Tyrol.
