The municipal area of Castello-Molina di Fiemme is located at almost 1,000 m a.s.l. and has about 2,300 inhabitants. The municipality consists of the villages of Castello di Fiemme, Molina di Fiemme, Predaia and Stramentizzo. Located in the front part of the Val di Fiemme valley, Castello-Molina di Fiemme is surrounded by a fantastic alpine world. The town hall is situated in Castello di Fiemme, an ancient small village with architectural particularities of the valley.

Both in summer and in winter the area of Castello-Molina is perfect for activities. Skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing in winter and plenty of hiking paths and bike routes in summer guarantee great fun. Moreover, the near located village of Cavalese offers a variety of shops, a public swimming pool and an Ice Palace, where skating is also possible in summer.
