The municipal area of Predaia extends on an area of 80 km² and comprises the districts of Coredo, Smarano, Taio, Tres, Vervò, Dardine, Dermulo, Mollaro, Priò, Segno, Tavon, Torra, Tuenetto and Vion.
It is located on the Predaia High Plateau in the beautiful Val di Non valley and offers fantastic views on the surrounding mountains, from the Brenta Dolomites to the Maddalene mountain chain.
