… it was September, when Paola and Renzo arrived hand in hand on this meadow, in the village of Malé in the Val di Sole valley.
And in September, the trees in the Trentino give us their fruits. Would you like to know which fruits I’m talking about? About the very old apple variety Bella di Boskoop; In fact, we gave our hotel the name of this apple variety and it is created in its fairytale-like style of construction exactly on this meadow.
Almost all rooms have a private balcony and offer a beautiful view on the garden or the Val di Sole valley.
The chef, also a family member, mixes the tastes of the Trentino tradition with modern creativity. In our kitchen we prefer to use regional quality products influenced by the annual cycle, which are prepared with passion.
