Celentino and Strombiano are two villages of the municipality of Pejo, located at approx. 1,260 m a.s.l., each with about one hundred inhabitants.
A visit to the Casa del Béga in Strombiano is worth it. In the ancient farmhouse the interiors have been preserved. The “Stüa fodrara” (bedroom), “Fornela ole” (tiled stove), the old kitchens with the “Fogolar” (open fire place) and much more can be seen. The house is the pillar of the "Piccolo Mondo Alpino" Ecomuseum in the Val di Peio.
Above the village, the “Alpine Pasture Museum” is located (reachable within a walk of about 1 hour), where exhibits and tools are shown, which were used until the recent past.
