Nogaredo is enthroned by the Castello di Noarna and is closely connected with the witch persecutions. To clarify, between the 17th and 18th century at this castle all witch trials for witches of this area were staged. For many years now these regrettable happenings have been transformed into a festival dedicated to women. This celebration is called "Calendimaggio di Nogaredo“ and takes place every year from April 30 to May 1.
However, not only the castle, but also Palazzo Londron, a mighty historical Palazzo that is surrounded by vast green, characterise Nogaredo. Particularly popular in the surroundings of Nogaredo are also hiking and cycling tours, as there are a large number of attractive destinations for excursions in this area.
