The small but mighty agricultural and handicraft centre Novaledo extends on an alluvial fan of the Rosa mountain torrent. This is also where once upon a time there was the border between the episcopal territory of Trento and Feltre. The S. Desiderio farm, which today is located along the left side of the provincial road and that originally has been a gift of Corrado II Salico of the year 1027, represented the exact border between the diocese of Trento and Feltre.
Worth to be visited are also the S. Agostino church of the year 1724 and the Maria Hilf church dating back to the same period of time. Close to Novaledo you can also visit the ruins of the Torre Quadra, which was the base of an ancient drawbridge that blocked the road on a strategic point.
